What is your DOA Policy 

Shrimp are considered DOA if they meet one or more of the following criteria upon arrival:

  • Completely motionless with no visible signs of life

  • Lost appendages (legs, antennae) beyond normal shipping stress

What is not Considered DOA?

  • Molted shells: Shrimp molt their exoskeletons as they grow. An empty shell in the bag does not necessarily indicate a dead shrimp.

  • Lethargic behavior: Shrimp may exhibit reduced activity due to shipping stress. They should recover within a few hours of acclimation.

 

Our Guarantee:

We take pride in careful packaging and swift shipping to ensure the health of your shrimp. In the event of a DOA shipment, we will offer you one of the following options:

  • Replacement: We will reship a new order of shrimp, free of charge, subject to stock availability.

  • Refund: We will issue a full refund for the DOA shrimp, including the original shipping cost.

To file a DOA claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Photographic Evidence: Please include clear photos of the deceased shrimp in the unopened bag or container.

How long will it take to get my order?

We understand that you are excited to receive your order. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for Drygoods/plants only orders and overnight express for livestock of any kind.

What are the payment Options

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All transactions are securely processed to ensure your financial information is protected.
